Day 2: Run 2k!
I actually ran 3k and walked the 1k remaining of the loop (it was hot out and my body said nope). I split the run into two trackers so that I could see my time at 2k, though. 20 minutes! Not too bad for how much I was struggling with the hills and the heat, today.
Also, Day 1 of the Water Challenge was a success. Just barely, but I made it. It made me feel really over-full toward the end of the day, though. Especially after having fruit on my break at 11. I need to get better at spreading it out over the course of the day.
